The device operates on 9v rechargeable batteries. It is provided with switch to select the required Scale i.e. DO/6, RSB, Zinser, etc Easy zero setting with Touch of button. No multiplier / Calibration factor required, Directly gives reading in Kgs. Low power consumption,Long lasting battery life. One common device for Draw frames and comber detaching rollers. Accurate readings due to robust design.

Drawing is the final stage at which the yarn count CV% can be controlled in addition to strength CV% of yarn by controlling the processes such as Nip setting & Load setting. In these, Load setting is of critical importance since drafting load vary due to reduced cots sizes, mechanical factors such as worn-out journals, end bushes, eccentric bottom rollers, worn out springs and moreover in pneumatic drafting, variations in line pressure, deterioration in pressure exerting hose properties due to its wear results in decrease of Nip Loads of top rollers. It is the comprehensive one catering to all above machines & nip loads upto 100 kgs can be measured. It is must for the spinning department. Your existing NILOMETER can be used on above all machines simply by using appropriate end bushes. For this, just inform us your Nilometer details & machines upon which you intend to use the Nilometer.
